Paolo Pipitò is a wild barman Palermo's young.

This publication imposes as a manual for the cocktails realization. Mine is an incentive that stimulates the imagination and the creativeness and at the same time it’s a guide that shows the innumerable possibilities of employment of the Royal Drink fruit extract. In fact, in mine prolonged experience I have ascertained that is important to use genuine ingredients, because it get you the opportunity to create cocktails from the coolness and delicate tastes and from the heady aromas. Therefore, the intent is to give a stimulus to the imagination, with a personal touch, with impalpable tones and magic colorations.

Introduction
I hold to have been one of the first ones to promote the use of the extract fruit. I remember that when I began to make them know in the distant 1979 my barmen colleagues didn't believe possible that a similar product could resolve the tied up problems to the preparation of cocktails of fruit based. But with years and with the acquired experience all has agreed with me giving me the possibility to make to admire a rainbow of colours with the vast range of products as the orange, the strawberry, the pineapple, the coconut etc...The time has passed but the colours and the tastes of the extract fruit accompany today still the best barmen of the world to give a particular charm and a heady taste to the service of their customers; and this is that I wish you good job with the fruits coloured magic.
